In my bachelor’s thesis, I conceptualized, designed, and evaluated an online exhibition addressing mental health challenges and emotional strain among university students.

The exhibition is built around interviews and portraits of six students, translating personal experiences into a narrative, accessible digital format. Its aim is to foster awareness, empathy, and a more nuanced understanding of mental health.

To evaluate its impact, I conducted a study with 224 participants using the Mental Illness Attitude Items scale (Kobau et al., 2009). The results indicate a measurable positive shift in attitudes toward mental illness and recovery after engaging with the exhibition.
